Falcon Copper Corp. has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Glencore International AG to jointly evaluate and develop critical minerals projects supporting U.S. supply chain security. Under the framework, Glencore is expected to supply up to 1.6 million tonnes of copper concentrate annually to Falcon's planned U.S. smelting and refining platform.

Falcon Copper Corp. has completed a $26.3 million private placement financing in two tranches, with $11.25 million closed on December 15 and $15.05 million closed on December 18, 2025. Joseph Gunnar & Co. LLC served as exclusive placement agent. The proceeds support ongoing exploration and development across the Company's U.S. copper portfolio.

Falcon Copper Corp. has signed an Option to Joint Venture Agreement with Kennecott Exploration Company, a subsidiary of Rio Tinto, to advance exploration on the Schell Creek Project in White Pine County, Nevada — a 9,000-acre prospective porphyry copper target with historical drill results indicative of a significant concealed copper system.
